Glitz and Glamour

I love to surround myself with pretty things. The more they sparkle the more I like them. I’m sure some would say some of it is gaudy but truth be told I don’t care. I think I get some of it from my mother. One thing I inherited from my Aunt Stelle is my love for pins. Not typical for my age group but I have always loved pins. I got one or two of my mother’s when she passed and I completely treasure them. I feel a pin can take a so so sweater or shirt and just dress it up. And while I may not deck myself out in rhinestones often there are times when nothing else will do!
