The Garden Is Starting to Pop
Flowers are finally starting to pop in my garden. It really seems late this year. But now I am getting color and I love to see it. My iris, catmint, garlic clove and other plants are blooming. It will be one thing after another now and I start to get excited to see what will come out next. I have a couple holes in my flower beds that I’ll have to try some new plants in. But that’s the fun part. Seeing what thrives and what doesn’t.
My granddaughter Emma and I planted the window boxes this weekend. I also potted a pink Mandevilla and wrapped it up a small trellis in my front yard. It adds a punch of color to the front of the house. Here are a couple of photos…
Such pretty colors. Love all the flowers.
