Our Christmas 2014

Another Christmas has come and gone and it seems as I age they are coming faster and faster. But with age also comes expansion of my family and there is nothing I love more than spending time with my children and grandchildren.

We had a great day. It was hectic with activity but was wonderful at the same time. My daughter Allison and son-in-law Chris made a delicious prime rib roast. We spent the day with them, Chris’ parents, my hubby Michael and mother Dot. After a delicious meal my son Rob and his girlfriend Brianna arrived with my granddaughter Morgan. It was time to open presents.

I forget how great Christmas is when you see the excitement on children’s faces as they open their gifts. Although still too young to anticipate or truly understand what Christmas is about Emma and Morgan do understand the joy of receiving a gift. It was fun to see the girls share their excitement with one another.

And so although Christmas is now come and gone next year we can look forward to our grandson Bryce somewhat participating in all the fun.
