Our Word View – Word of the Week = VIVID
SUNDAY POSTING ~ A COLLABORATIVE BLOG BETWEEN TWO FRIENDS (ME AND MY FRIEND BARB) WHO’S PATHS WERE SEPARATED FOR 20+ YEARS AND HAVE FOUND ONE ANOTHER ONCE AGAIN ONLINE. BOTH SHARE A LOVE OF THE OCEAN, NATURE, FAMILY, PETS AND OF COURSE PHOTOGRAPHY! A FONDNESS FOR INSPIRATIONAL SAYINGS HAS SPARKED THIS PROJECT. EACH SUNDAY WE WILL POST THE “WORD OF THE WEEK” AND OUR INDIVIDUAL INTERPRETATION OF THE WORD VIA TWO SEPARATE PHOTOS ON OUR BLOG “OUR WORD VIEW”!
Have you ever visited New England in the fall? If not you have no idea the magnificent and VIVID foliage you are missing! There is no place around that has more beautiful falls than New England. The red, orange and yellow leaves in all their bright and VIVID colors are simply incredible. Not to mention that it generally is the prettiest time to drive the backroads. Autumn in NE has perfect temperatures to do a lot of walking and exploring in. If you are thinking of visiting anywhere in New England October and early November are the best time.
Autumn in New England is indeed very special. I went there many years ago and was astonished. I like the subtle mood in this photo. Sometimes it’s just too easy to get startled by the saturated autumn colours.
