Our Word View – Word of the Week = ZOO

SUNDAY POSTING ~ A COLLABORATIVE BLOG BETWEEN TWO FRIENDS (ME AND MY FRIEND BARB) WHO’S PATHS WERE SEPARATED FOR 20+ YEARS AND HAVE FOUND ONE ANOTHER ONCE AGAIN ONLINE. BOTH SHARE A LOVE OF THE OCEAN, NATURE, FAMILY, PETS AND OF COURSE PHOTOGRAPHY! A FONDNESS FOR INSPIRATIONAL SAYINGS HAS SPARKED THIS PROJECT. EACH SUNDAY WE WILL POST THE “WORD OF THE WEEK” AND OUR INDIVIDUAL INTERPRETATION OF THE WORD VIA TWO SEPARATE PHOTOS ON OUR BLOG “OUR WORD VIEW”!

IMG_0197Barb picked the word of the week today and when I first saw it I panicked. I have not been to a zoo in forever and so have no photos of any zoo animals. I thought about other interpretations of the word and immediately thought about our trip this year up to Old Orchard Beach in Maine. The weather was warm considering summer was over. Many French Canadians come here to vacation because it’s not that far away and yet it gives them access to the ocean. Let me tell you it would be near impossible to jam many more people on the Beach for as far as you could see. This was a true zoo by any stretch of the imagination.
