Our Word View – Word of the Week = TRAVEL

SUNDAY POSTING ~ A COLLABORATIVE BLOG BETWEEN TWO FRIENDS (ME AND MY FRIEND BARB) WHO’S PATHS WERE SEPARATED FOR 20+ YEARS AND HAVE FOUND ONE ANOTHER ONCE AGAIN ONLINE. BOTH SHARE A LOVE OF THE OCEAN, NATURE, FAMILY, PETS AND OF COURSE PHOTOGRAPHY! A FONDNESS FOR INSPIRATIONAL SAYINGS HAS SPARKED THIS PROJECT. EACH SUNDAY WE WILL POST THE “WORD OF THE WEEK” AND OUR INDIVIDUAL INTERPRETATION OF THE WORD VIA TWO SEPARATE PHOTOS ON OUR BLOG “OUR WORD VIEW”
Portland Japanese Garden

During my trip to Portland, Oregon last week we visited the most beautiful Japanese garden right on the edge of the city. There were five gardens within the garden and all of them were mesmerizing. Each one was created to form a perfectly serene view no matter how you viewed it. If you ever visit the area make sure you take the time to visit the garden. The planning that has gone into it is astounding. You will not be disappointed.
