Boys will be Boys

THE BOYS
This weekend we had a blizzard in the Northeast. On Cape Cod we got well over a foot of snow. In our house Hubby and I have a whole house generator and fireplace with woodstove. So knowing the power would be out for a number of days hubby rounded up the kids, grandchildren and dogs and brought them all to the house. We had four dogs, two grandchildren, five adults and on my mother’s side 2 more friends with their two children. Needless to say it was a full house. The four dogs are all males and quite rambunctious. Generally they get along very well. Puggy ironically tends to be the mediator even though he is the smallest. He gets very upset when the other dogs start horsing around inside the house. But once there outside all bets are off. He knows they are five times his size and much faster than him. He will easily get squished once they start playing around. He generally tries to stay out of the fray when he’s outside with them. Brady our yellow lab is pretty mellow and goes about his business. Mav my son & girlfriend’s dog is half boxer, half lab and is totally enamored with Harry my daughter’s chocolate lab. Those two are generally the two that play together when all four are here at once. And so they had a grand old time for themselves in the snow this weekend!

Wow, that’s quite a lot of Labradors. They look like lots of fun though, and your photos are great
God had a sense of humor when he created the labrador retriever, I do believe. ; )
Yes, I am learning this real fast with my grandson…Boys will be Boys…so different than the little girls I am used to:) Mellow Yellow really grabbed my eyes…what a doll baby! BTW…I hope you don’t mind me asking? Who did your blog design? and who do you host with? I am thinking about changing over to wordpress.org and very scared to do this?
I did my own design and I don’t host with any outside vendor. There is wordpress.com which I use and wordpress.org which requires an outside host. WordPress.org gives you more flexibility in design. However I run this blog and still my other one on blogger. I also have two shops. So I don’t have time to really get into intricate design of my own. I picked one of wordpress.com templates for my blog.
By the way my template is “Triton Lite”.
WordPress did have a slight learning curve but once I got the hang of it there was no problem.
Looks like fun.
